About Me
My Real Estate Dedication Overview
-1.jpeg?width=2000&height=1337&name=photo-output%20(1)-1.jpeg)
Real estate is not just a career for me, it’s a calling that I’ve been dedicated to for over a decade. As I write this in 2024 being only 23 years old, I know there aren't many at this age who have dedicated over 10 years to anything, let alone the same career choice. I studied, researched, and observed the real estate industry for eight years prior to receiving my real estate license. Now, as a licensed real estate agent since 2021, I’ve built a referral business that connects to my interest in market research analysis. My overall goal is to ensure that every client and agent I work with receives the highest level of attention and support. Through courses and personal experiences, I’ve developed skills over the years that’s become a huge part of how I help clients and agents come together.
With a strong foundation in business communication, leadership, and negotiation, I’m great at building meaningful relationships with agents and clients alike, ensuring that my referral business stands out and that every connection is mutually beneficial. My understanding of psychology and persuasion helps me craft marketing strategies that resonate with the unique needs of each agent. Using my knowledge in spreadsheets, web development, and computer programming, I conduct thorough research on local amenities and real estate professionals. This allows me to compile detailed information that helps agents match their clients with the right neighborhoods and industry experts, ensuring a seamless and well-informed transaction process. My careful organization, attention to detail, and time management skills enable me to manage and analyze critical data throughout the real estate process. I take pride in delivering timely, well-structured reports, to make sure exceptional customer service and document management are provided.

My Start & Early Interest
.jpeg?width=2000&height=1336&name=photo-output%20(3).jpeg)
My passion for real estate began in 2013 at the young age of 12. This is when I realized helping people with homes and properties was an actual job and career field. I was born in Atlanta, Georgia, but raised in South Carolina. I’ve done a lot of moving in SC, but my main areas tended to be within Georgetown and Horry County or the Grand Strand (which are the areas I specialize in). It was all the moving in my childhood that brought my interest in real estate. As a child, I found it natural for me to show family members around the new homes. In my adolescent years, I made observations of the real estate field from TV shows on the HGTV channel; my favorite being Love It or List It.
In 2017, I attended Socastee High School, located in Myrtle Beach, SC, where I studied a building construction course just so I could learn the behind the scenes of new construction properties. Most of my time spent in the construction class went towards a project I did on building a wooden footstool that I later named Faith, because of my calling in this career. All for the love of real estate, I didn’t mind being only one of two girls in the class. Marketing is a big part of real estate and it was my high school’s senior project that led me to doing research and writing a 17-page paper on being a market research analyst. It was also in high school that I took classes like creative writing, leadership development, web design and development, marketing, psychology, economics, and computer programming. Outside of school, I read books on real estate investments and studied keywords from a real estate dictionary.

My Education & Professional Milestones
.jpeg?width=2000&height=1337&name=photo-output%20(5).jpeg)
After graduating high school in 2019, I began studying South Carolina’s required real estate education through The CE Shop, an online real estate school. After passing both my state and national real estate exams, I became a licensed real estate agent through the eXp Realty brokerage in September of 2021. I also became a realtor through my membership in the National Association of Realtors. My real estate memberships also included the South Carolina Association of Realtors and the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors. Finally having my real estate license and memberships in place, I was able to sell my first property listing in April of 2022. Selling a two-story end unit townhome in Myrtle Beach, SC was where I implemented and gained more techniques in negotiation, customer service, and document management. I represented the seller and the home sold for $228,500. What an accomplishment that was for me!
I went on to study college courses at Coastal Carolina University, located in Conway, SC. My closest real estate college course was Introduction to Geographic Information Systems (GIS) where I was able to analyze data for maps. It was this course that I was able to create my own map and presentation of Horry County address points and its relation to real estate agents and developers. This study was mainly based on data from Green Sea, Aynor, Murrells Inlet, and Little River. I also wrote a 15-page paper about the real estate industry for my Business Communication class. I focused on the perspectives of an agent and told my story on how I started, my first year experience, and did research on my current brokerage, eXp Realty. As a marketing major at the time, other college level courses I chose to study were based on spreadsheets, statistics, critical reading, personal finance, global business, accounting, management and organization, and persuasion.

My Future Goals & Visions
.jpeg?width=2000&height=1337&name=photo-output%20(7).jpeg)
Looking ahead, my goal is to expand my referral business by providing unmatched services to clients and agents, while staying at the forefront of real estate trends and technology. I will continue to renew my real estate license by doing the required continuing education process every two years. There is always something new to learn and I constantly pursue self education on topics related to business, management, personal development, sales & marketing, and of course real estate. I believe in improvements that are practiced consistently, which is why I make it a habit to seek new tools and strategies that innovate my services, ensuring that I stay ahead of market trends and provide cutting-edge solutions. My top priority is client success, and I am fully committed to helping agents find the best-fit clients while ensuring clients are matched with the perfect agent for their needs.
It’s been a long time coming for me within my real estate career and there are many departments within the real estate industry, but I chose to be a referral agent and build a referral business for a reason. It’s because I know through open communication and a collaborative approach, I can work closely with both clients and agents to ensure that every transaction is ideal. This is a route in real estate where I can help clients and agents that are both near or far. Excellence in service is at the core of my business, and I’m delighted to deliver high-quality, personalized support to every client and agent I work with. If you’re ready to take your real estate career or property search to the next level, I invite you to partner with me—let’s work together to achieve your goals.
